Living with Brown-Séquard's syndrome
From diagnosis of idiopathic spinal cord herniation, through surgical correction, and spinal cord determined to do its own thing, and subsequent treatment to deal with the chronic pain and mobility issues caused by the symptoms of Brown-Séquard Syndrome
12 days since the op and it was time to visit the GP practice today to have the staples removed.
Most of it was pretty uneventful as most of my back is still numb, but about half a dozen of them felt more like I was having needles jabbed in rather than having the staples out.
