Tuesday wasn’t really much better than Monday night. The stiffness from Monday’s activities had set in by the time I got up Tuesday morning, and I felt really rough, not just pain in my back. I had a go at some exercises but wasnt getting far.
By Wednesday I was starting to feel a bit back to my normal (knackered) self. Work hasn’t been too bad over the last few days in terms of pain. I’ve been making sure I get regular moves in when I’m not stuck in meetings, and the effects of earlier in the week seem to have almost gone. I can’t say it’s been the best week for doing my exercises regularly. The solid feeling in my left calf hasn’t been too bad, and not existent some morning, but I still have very little vertical movement in my left ankle. I need to keep going with the calf stretches.
