What is it with getting my Nebido injection. I put the request in for a repeat prescription, along with 3 or 4 other items when I prepared my meds for the week on Sunday morning. I went to pick it all up before seeing the nurse for my injection this afternoon, only to find they haven’t received it – well they told me it hadn’t been received, but I overheard one of them who was checking the system say they hadn’t actually ordered it. This is, I’m fairly sure, the third time I’ve had to cancel an appointment because the injection wasn’t ready (although to be fair to the pharmacy, one of this occasions was because the GP surgery failed to put the request through – and yet still moaned at me for wasting an appointment!). Anyway, thankfully it was one of the far nicer receptionists on this evening, who was most understanding, and has booked me in again on Friday.
