Up and down again

Wednesday wasn’t too bad a day, but then I’d had the new meds and a tramadol the night before. However Thursday was also ok, having not had tramadol on Wednesday night. Friday I was fine during the day. I was in the office pretty much all day, so had to make a point of going for a leg stretch, which I managed most hours. By the end of the afternoon I was starting to get more pain, and by the time Cat picked me up about 6, it was getting pretty bad, and continued that way during the evening. We eventually settled to watch a film, but by half way through I couldn’t sit any longer so decided to go to bed. Getting up from the chair turned into a right palaver, what the pain, my legs not wanting to stand, and shaking like anything.

I had a rough night Friday and was up very early trying to get comfortable and avoid disturbing Cat. By mid-morning I wasn’t feeling too bad, although still very wobbly. We went into town for a couple of hours to meet Holly and Luke, and then came home. I was obviously knackered as I fell asleep in the chair as we were preparing to play a board game. I didn’t have so much constant intense pain during the evening, but had quite a lot of very strong, short stabbing pain, mainly between my spine and my right shoulder blade. I felt fairly comfortable when we went to bed, and thought it felt like I’d had a good sleep when I woke about 6.30, although then remembering it was gone 2 by the time I went to sleep suggests otherwise.
