I’ve had a rough few nights due to the burning sensation coming back in my right foot. I first started getting weird twitches and a feeling of an ache in my upper leg, and then the burning started when I’d gone to bed. It got to the point after Boxing Day that I felt I had to try upping the evening dose of pregabalin. Yesterday evening I took 200mg instead of 150mg and has a much better night, so I’ll stick with that for a couple more nights and then try reducing it again and see if the same thing happens.
Goal achieved. Yesterday I finally got my drums set up again. It’s the first time I’ve played since April 2013, so before I had surgery. I was really pleased to find that the lack of control in my legs doesn’t seem to affect me too much. What did affect me was playing for too long, and I’ve been suffering this morning, but hey-ho – I’ve achieved a goal! 😀🥁
